Mike Simon hails from Chicago, IL graduating with his BA in Communication Theory, specifically in TV and Film. He first worked at New Line Cinema for 16 years, moving up the ranks from a booker, to branch manager up to VP of Western division. He joined Freestyle from the ground up in 2004.
